Once you have your registered nurse (RN) license, we’ll begin the visa sponsorship process for you. We will sponsor you and your immediate family members. We will also apply for your Visa Screen™ certification, a credentialing program that confirms you have completed a required screening program for healthcare professionals.

We will prepare you and your family for arrival in the United States and make your transition as smooth as possible. From the time you enter the U.S., a meet-and-greet representative will be available to help you ease into your new life, particularly during your first week.

H-1B or the EB-3 immigrant visa, the following are common requirements:

Job Offer from a U.S. Employer:
A registered nurse must have a job offer from a U.S. employer. The employer typically initiates the visa application process.
Valid Passport:
A valid passport is required for travel to the United States.
NCLEX-RN Certification:
Many U.S. states require foreign-educated nurses to pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) as part of the licensure process.
Visa Petition Approval:
The U.S. employer must file a petition on behalf of the nurse with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Once approved, the nurse can proceed with the visa application.
Approved Labor Certification:
For certain employment-based immigrant visas, such as the EB-3 visa, the employer may need to obtain an approved labor certification from the Department of Labor.
Educational Credentials Evaluation:
An evaluation of the nurse's educational credentials may be required to ensure equivalency with U.S. educational standards.
Health Examination:
A medical examination is often required to ensure that the nurse is in good health and does not pose a public health risk.
English Proficiency:
